BEFORE IT IS BEAUTIFUL, PACKAGING HAS TO SELL THE PRODUCT.
Projects I designed for Deca (Dexco), Nestlé and independent brands. Every one went into production, sat on a real shelf and fought real competitors. No concepts.
My role was the same in all of them: senior packaging designer, from shelf research to print-ready artwork. Every project opens with a credits panel stating client, year, role and scope.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask about this work.
Did all of these projects go into production?
All of them. Each one was manufactured, took up a real shelf and fought real competitors. There is no concept work and no portfolio exercise on this page.
Why are most of the projects for Deca?
Because since October 2023 I have been the packaging designer responsible for Deca (Dexco S.A.), with more than 200 projects across five categories and more than 80 packs a year. The page also carries Nestlé Health Science and an independent brand, to show range beyond a single house.
What was your role in these projects?
From shelf research to the print-ready file, with no step outsourced. On Pérola and Acqua Plus the structure was developed together with Deca's Packaging Engineering team; the graphic decision, the information system and the print-ready artwork are mine.
Do you design packaging for outside Brazil?
I do. With Think Bold Studio, of Portugal, I design premium spirits packaging, whisky, gin and vodka, for American and European brands, in an entirely English-language workflow.
